Rascal is a handsome 3 year old sable merle sheltie. He had lived in an
apartment with his elderly owner who died. Her sister had passed on
before her and she had taken in her young sheltie. The two shelties rarely
got out of the apartment. When he came into rescue, which was his
owner’s request to a dear friend, he had to learn how to be a young sheltie.
We separated the two shelties as they were not bonded. Thanks to his
foster mom he now house broken and is learning to walk on a leash. He
has come a long way, but still has some learning to do. He needs a patient
owner with no other dogs or young children so that he can get the attention
to help him be the sheltie he deserves to be.
